OUR STORY

As Principal of AE Resource Group, Ellen  brings more than 20 years  of experience in governance, board and committee development, operations and financial management, revenue and program development, strategic planning, marketing, and project  planning to associations and nonprofit organizations. Following the servant leadership philosophy and principles,  Ellen has supported  international and local member associations and other nonprofit organizations through challenging periods of change with integrity, a steady hand at the helm and a quiet elegance. Ellen earned a BS in finance from Providence College, a certificate in nonprofit management and keeps abreast of  trends and best practice in association and nonprofit management.

Mike is very detail-oriented and has worked with multiple member-driven associations.  He has extensive experience with data management and analytics, accounting, operations.

Outside of work, he enjoys finding new places around town to try unique craft beer, catching a baseball or football game on the weekend, and exploring local parks and trails with his dogs. Mike earned his BS in Sport Administration from Ohio University.
